Switch Templates

The best of both digital and laser technologies

Cisco switch templates are another of our specialties.
Devised to enable all cables to be accurately loomed in position before the installation of the actual switch.
Using our lasers we cut a copy of the RJ45 sockets in exactly the same locations as on the particular switch being used on a sheet of 5mm acrylic. We then digitally overprint the sheets with all the required numbering, customer details & logos.
The result is a clear template making cable connections accurate and ensuring that each one is exactly the right length & in the right place.

Harness Tags

Using a thinner flexible plastic, that again is overprinted in any colour using our digital equipment, we can produce flexible labels suitable for identifying bundles of cable. These are usually attached using Velcro or traditional cable ties, depending upon the exact specification.

Slab ID Labels

A recent addition to our range, another flexible label that can be stuck directly to the floor to indicate the position of where floorboxes are to be installed. This replaces the old slow method of manually stencilling the box colour on the floor using spray paint, then physically writing the ID on top. Big savings in time & money to be made here.
